President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a press conference on Friday accused the head of the FSB of Russia in the fact that he allegedly violated the interstate agreement on the border, signing mode on the establishment of the border zone.
“There are international treaties and agreements, and one Minister, even if strong, feesbeshnik and so on, one stroke of the pen put an end to all the agreements”, – said the head of Belarus.
Before it became known that in the Bryansk, Smolensk and Pskov regions along the border with Belarus will be set to the border zone. The corresponding decree signed by the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov, published on 2 February on the official Internet portal of legal information.
