According to the Ministry of investment and land and property policy in Khabarovsk Krai, under the law on “far hectare” got 38 million hectares 48 percent of the total area of the region.

First, this right was given only to residents in some municipalities in the Far East, from October 1, 2016 — all residents are included in Federal district subjects.
