MOSCOW, February 2. /TASS/. Staffing positions senior officers of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation is 95%. This was announced by the head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation on issues of state service and personnel Anton Fedorov at a special gathering of heads of personnel authorities of the armed forces.
