The Alliance and the new US administration is not aimed at the cold war and confrontation with Russia and “I want dialogue based on the force,” said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. This statement Stoltenberg spoke before talks with the new President of Bulgaria Rumena by Radium, reports TASS.
