MOSCOW, February 1 /TASS/. Offensive actions of the Ukrainian security forces in the Donbass, a fact which is confirmed in the Ministry of defense of Ukraine, undermine Minsk agreement. This situation is of utmost concern. This was stated to journalists the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, calling on Kiev to halt such provocations.
