The food in Russia can be marked depending on their degree of harmfulness or usefulness of traffic light. This was stated by the representative of the RF President on the issues of environmental activities, environment and transport Sergei Ivanov in an interview with “AIF”.
According to Ivanov, such a system is useful with respect to harmful products, which are popular among the population. Thus, a red signal will warn customers.
“Red — eat, if you like, but bear in mind that after some time will, for example, fat. The yellow is more or less useful. Green — highest quality and environmentally friendly products,” explained Ivanov.
Earlier it was reported that Rosstandart may make new demands on milk, precluding the use in the production of raw non-dairy components.
