Putin: Russia will firmly and rhythmically to move forward

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia would continue gradually, but firmly and rhythmically to move forward thanks to the achievements of its citizens.

The President several times a year presenting state awards to citizens who have achieved success in various fields. On Thursday, Putin presented awards for achievements in science, health, art and manufacture, among the awarded – the actor Vasily Livanov, President of the international Union of club of merry and resourceful (KVN) Alexander Maslyakov and the Director of the Department of information and press of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

“State awards, they are awarded for specific work or a set of achievements, but both mean that each of you is a tiny bit raised up a bit making your industry and the job you are doing, better, more reliable. And it’s all together, because we here are, and so usually, people are not only different ages and generations, but also the most different spheres”, — he said.

According to him, “all this raises a little higher and our country.” “And so gradually, slowly but rhythmically and firmly we will move further”, — he said.

“Thank you for what you did and wish you new achievements and new successes for the benefit of Russia, thank you,” the President added.
