The deficit of the state budget of Ukraine in 2016, increased to 70.1 billion hryvnia (2.57 billion dollars). This is 1.6 times more than in 2015. Such figures lead Agency UNIAN.
So, in 2015 the Ukrainian GDP amounted to 2.35 trillion UAH (about $ 86 billion). The budget deficit in 2016 amounted to 3% of GDP.
The established maximum deficit amounts 83,69 billion hryvnia (3.06 billion dollars).
The national Bank of Ukraine predicts that in 2017, GDP will grow by 2.5%.
