The crisis in relations of Russia and the US that emerged during the presidency of Barack Obama, can be overcome only with time and under the condition of serious work from both sides. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the “Government hour” in the state Duma.
“To overcome the severe damage caused to Russian-us interaction under Barack Obama, it will take time and serious work, – stressed the Minister. We, as the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin is ready to take its part in the improvement of relations in the interests of our peoples, in the interests of global security and stability.”
