However, he noted that the information policy Committee did not participate in the development and discussion of this bill. “Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate a proposed action,” added the MP.
Levin pointed to the fact that there is a growing use of these services for illegal purposes. “Proliferation risks through instant messengers extremism, advertising drugs, gambling, and other illegal content are growing continuously increases the efficiency of the system block sites with such content.
