Investigators opened a criminal case in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, where 15-year-old during a conflict with peers died from a stab wound to the chest. On Sunday, January 22, reported on the website of the investigative Committee for the Khabarovsk territory.
“According to preliminary data, the evening of 21 January 2017 on one of the streets of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur there was a conflict between teenagers in which 17-year-old young man inflicted a knife blow on the chest of 15-year-olds. From the received wounds the victim died on the spot”, — stated in the message of investigatory management.
The suspect is detained. A criminal case on signs of the crime provided by part one of article 105 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation (“Murder”).
Earlier on 17 January, in the Khabarovsk region had solved the murder of 7-year-old girl committed 19 years ago. The indictment charged the 61-year-old man. He had previously brought to criminal liability for sexual offences against four girls. The court has appointed to it punishment in the form of 10 years of imprisonment.
