In Chechnya, opened a criminal case against parents suspected of torturing two children. This was reported on the website of the Republican investigative Department of the investigative Committee.
“According to the investigation, in early January 2017, in the village of Bachi-Yurt two girls 10 and 11 years repeatedly for several days was applied to a beating by their father and stepmother. After his parents ‘divorce victims with two younger sisters left to live with his father, who soon married and second marriage he had two children”, — stated in the message.
All four girls transferred to the mother.
In November of 2016 to criminal responsibility for torture was attracted by a resident of the city of Okhansk Perm region, holding young children in the basement on a chain. The man systematically beat sons of nine and ten years, and did not care about their health and hygiene. The boys were placed in a social shelter. A man and his wife were deprived of parental rights.
