Ukraine called Russia “responsible for committing acts of terrorism and discrimination” and filed a lawsuit against her in the UN international court in the Hague. Kiev accuses Moscow of involvement in the crash of the Malaysian MH17, the shelling of residential areas in the Donbass, the destruction of a passenger bus at Volnovaha and in violation of the rights of the Crimean Tatar people. That is behind the accusations of the Ukrainian side at RT.

“Ukraine has filed a lawsuit in the international court of justice with the aim to attract the Russian Federation responsible for the Commission of acts of terrorism and discrimination for its illegal aggression against Ukraine. The lawsuit was filed under the International Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the International Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination”, — stated on the website of the Ukrainian foreign Ministry.

So, Kyiv insists that Moscow provides arms and other assistance to illegal armed groups, which, according to the Ukrainian authorities had committed “a series of acts of terrorism.” These attacks Kiev include the crash “Malaysian airlines flight MH17, the shelling of residential areas in Mariupol and Kramatorsk destruction of civilian passenger bus near Volnovakha and a deadly explosion during a peaceful Assembly in Odessa.”

In addition, the document States that Moscow violated the Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination. According to the Ukrainian authorities, this is reflected in the campaign of discrimination against “non-Russian communities” in Crimea, ethnic Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars. For example, in Kiev, said about the alleged restriction in the Republic of teaching Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar languages.

However, it is not known whether the UN claim to consideration, because most of the accusations of Kiev to the Moscow does not withstand any criticism.

Thus, the investigation of the crash Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass to determine those responsible for the tragedy still continues.

At the end of last September, the joint investigation team (JIT) headed by the Netherlands, however, presented the preliminary results of the investigation of the criminal case, however, for example, did not even consider the data provided by Russia. Resulting in a number of questions about the crash only increased.

However, despite the fact that the investigators insist that the missile launch was made from the territory controlled by militias responsible for the crash of MH17 is still not installed. That does not prevent Kiev to blame Russia.

In January 2015 the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko arrived at the world economic forum in Davos with a piece of metal, sawed, according to the head of the Ukrainian state, from the skin of the bus, which was fired on 13 January, under the Volnovaha.

Note that in the part of Ukraine on the Peninsula there was no concept of “state” or “official” language of the Republic. In addition, before the reunification with Russia, the Kiev authorities tried to hinder the spread of the Russian language on the territory of Crimea.
