Trump explained the conditions under which Russia will lift all sanctions

Elected President of the United States Donald trump is going to keep for some time, anti-Russian sanctions imposed by his predecessor Barack Obama. However, he admits their abolition. It will happen in the case of successful cooperation with Moscow. On the day before he said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.


 


According to trump, all restrictions against Russia will be lifted if Moscow would agree to assist Washington in the fight against terrorism and other tasks.


 


The new us leader also expressed readiness after the official inauguration to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.


 


We will remind, the day before outgoing President Barack Obama has extended for one year the anti-Russian sanctions in connection with the situation in Ukraine. Their validity was to expire in March 2017.


 


But two days earlier, the candidate for the post of U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson explained in any case, Crimea is recognized as part of Russia. According to him, the administration of President Donald trump would do it only when creating a acceptable Ukraine agreement.
