MOSCOW, January 11. /TASS/. More than 620 thousand recruits arrived in the military during the autumn draft last year, of which 470 thousand received an exemption or postponement from the military service. This was announced on Wednesday, the head of the main organizational-mobilization Directorate of the General staff of the Russian Armed forces Colonel-General Vasily Tonkoshkura.
