The black sea fleet minesweeper “Kovrovets” entered the grouping of the Navy in the Mediterranean

MOSCOW, January 9. /TASS/. The black sea fleet minesweeper “Kovrovets” has became part of the permanent grouping of the Russian Navy in the Mediterranean sea. About this informed the head a press-services of the Navy captain 1-rank Vyacheslav Trukhachev.

“Anti-mine vehicle based on the planned rotation will replace in the group similar sea trawler “Ivan golubets”, which operated in the far area of operations for more than four months,” he said.

“Kovrovets” left Sevastopol on the eve of the New year and has already started execution of the tasks.
