Date set for start of negotiations for the Syrian government and the opposition in Astana

Negotiations between the Syrian government and the armed opposition will start in Astana on January 23. This was announced by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu Anadolu news Agency.
