MFA: Ukraine is working on introduction of a visa regime with Russia

The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin announced the development of a mechanism for the introduction of a visa regime with Russia. The Minister’s words convey the Rambler/news with a link to the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“First, of course, must move in the direction of keep track of who comes from Russia to Ukraine. Now it’s analyzed and then we’re off with a proposal and how are we going to do, and about the time frame,” said Klimkin.

As noted by the Minister, Ukraine is with Russia classical and hybrid warfare. According to Klimkin, the Russian authorities know which provocations to do in the case of the introduction of the visa regime, as in Russia there are millions of citizens of Ukraine. According to the head of the Ukrainian Ministry, “the visa regime is the relationship between civilized countries.”

To speed up the introduction of visa regime with Russia on March 4, 2016 was made by the Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov. Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly accused Moscow of providing financial and military supporting militias breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, which Kiev does not recognize. In the Kremlin deny the charges and claim that Russia is not a party to the conflict.
