The Chairman of the party PARNAS Mikhail Kasyanov does not plan to participate in the presidential elections of 2018, but could change its decision in the case of “global change”.
“I announced that I will not be exposed, so I’m not going to nominate his candidacy. It was the turn of others, I was a candidate in 2008, so now I’m not running,” — said Kasyanov to journalists on Saturday.
“If somehow the situation, I don’t know how, globally change, anything at all will change and suddenly there will be such possibility — we can see… I’m not going nowhere,” he added.
