Russian officials may be allowed to participate in the management of political parties without any restrictions, the draft law submitted by President Vladimir Putin in the state Duma.
“The bill provides change of approach to the ban on the participation of the persons occupying the state posts of the Russian Federation, which the Federal constitutional laws or Federal laws, unless otherwise stated, and the persons occupying the state posts of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal positions, as well as state and municipal employees in the management of non-profit organizations participate in the management of political parties these persons, state and municipal servants are allowed without any restrictions”, — is spoken in the explanatory note. The bill amended “to improve state policy in the field of corruption counteraction”.
