Churkin: Russia will not allow the adoption of the resolution on sending observers to Eastern Aleppo

The French proposal to send observers in Eastern Aleppo, an impossible and dangerous, Russia cannot afford to adopt an appropriate resolution in the UN Security Council. This statement was made on Sunday, Russia’s permanent representative at the world organization Vitaly Churkin, going to a meeting of the security Council.
