The speaker is excluded from the governmental Commission on agrarian issues

The ex-Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev excluded from the government Commission on agriculture and sustainable development of rural areas, according to a government order.

“To exclude from the Commission Gorbunov G. A., Pankova N. In. and speaker AV”, — the document says.

Ulyukayev 15 November 2016 was dismissed from the post of Minister of economic development President Vladimir Putin in connection with the “loss of confidence”. The former official is accused of receiving a bribe in especially large size. According to TFR, the speaker extorted from representatives of “Rosneft” $2 million “for the legitimate issuance of a positive conclusion and evaluation” of the transaction on purchase by Rosneft of state-owned shares “Bashneft”. The court placed the speaker under house arrest till 15 Jan 2017.
