The head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov has stated that Russia accepts the selection of Rex Tillerson to the post of Secretary of state and is ready to work with American partners, RIA “Novosti”.
“We accept it as the decision of the elected President of the United States. As has been said by President Putin, we are ready to work with any partners who are interested in developing equal relations with the Russian Federation,” he said.
Previously elected President of the United States, Donald trump has chosen the head of the oil company ExxonMobil Rex Tillerson U.S. Secretary of state.
