A court in Moscow began the trial of the coup in Ukraine

Dorogomilovsky Moscow court on Thursday began the trial in the case about recognition of events in Ukraine in February 2014 coup. This is the correspondent of TV channel “Star” from a court hall.


 


A lawsuit about this was filed, former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Oliynyk. It is known that the court accepted the claim and took it into production. Oleinik said that presenting the claims of Germany and France for the failure of the agreement between the then President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the opposition.


 


The former MP believes that the court’s decision will help to restore the constitutional order in Ukraine, and asked the court to establish the fact of a coup. In the process also likely will attend the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.


 


In a hearing attended by other Ukrainian politicians, including former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
