The state Duma at the meeting on 9 December passed in the third reading the law on the Federal budget for 2017-2019. About it reports “Interfax”.
“For” vote of 315 deputies, against – 99. The document, among other things, involves the gradual reduction of the budget deficit from 3.2 percent of GDP in 2017 to 1.2 percent of GDP in 2019.
Revenues for 2017 should be 13,488 trillion rubles, expenses – 16,241 trillion rubles, and deficit – 2,753 trillion rubles.
In the previous, the second reading, the parliamentary majority has redistributed part of budget expenditures on socially important objectives, for example, to support the regions and small businesses. The volume of transfers amounted to about 540 billion rubles.
