BELGRADE, December 12. /TASS/. The Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov begins a two-day visit to Belgrade, where he will discuss with the Serbian leadership on the issues of development of cooperation between the two countries and the situation in the Balkans, and on 13 December to take part in the meeting of the Council of foreign Ministers of the black sea economic cooperation (BSEC).
