Killed in Syria, the Russian military awarded the order of Courage

Killed in Syria Colonel Ruslan Galicki, Sergeant Hope Durachenko and Sergeant Galina Mikhailova was awarded the order of Courage posthumously. Such a decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, reported on the Kremlin website.

The Russians awarded for courage and bravery shown during the performance of military service duty.

In addition, the order awarded to Colonel Edward Skvortsov and V. Arsent’ev, Professor of the Military medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov.

Ruslan Galitsky ended up in hospital as a result of wounds received during the shelling by militants of one of the residential neighborhoods of the Western part of Aleppo. Hope Durachenko and Galina Mikhailov died on 5 December during the shelling of the mobile hospital.
