HAMBURG /Germany/, 9 Dec. /TASS/. Montenegro are trying to drag in NATO prior to the expiration of the mandate of the Obama administration. This was stated Friday by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov at a press conference on the sidelines of the Council of foreign Ministers of the OSCE.
