HAMBURG /Germany/, 9 Dec. /TASS/. Moscow considers nonsense message to the German media about the attempts of Russia to destabilize the situation in Germany. This was stated on Friday, the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov at a press conference on the sidelines of the Council of foreign Ministers of the OSCE.
