CARACAS, December 7. /TASS/. Issues in the construction of a factory for production of AK-103 in Venezuela is resolved, the plant will start operating in 2019. About it journalists were told by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin at the meeting of Russian-Venezuelan high-level Commission.
