Bastrykin has instructed to transfer the case about the accident in Yugra in Moscow
Criminal case about the accident in KHMAO transferred to the main Department of the Investigative Committee on behalf of Alexander Bastrykin. TFR opened a criminal case under two articles of the criminal code.
The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to transfer the case about the accident in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district for investigation at the headquarters of the Ministry. This was reported on the website of the TFR.
An accident on the highway Tyumen — Khanty-Mansiysk took place on the afternoon of 4 December. On the road collided with two trucks, a car and a bus in which there were 29 children and four adults. The children were returned to Nefteyugansk of the Khanty-Mansiysk competition in sports acrobatics.
Revised data from the Prosecutor’s office of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district, the accident killed 12 people — 10 children and two adults. Another 22 people were injured. Upon accident criminal case under part 5 of article 264 of the criminal code and part 3 of article 238 of the RF criminal code (violation of traffic rules, entailed on imprudence death of two or more persons providing services not meeting safety requirements).
Bastrykin himself the night before, arrived in Khanty-Mansiysk, where he participated in the investigation of the criminal case.
