MOSCOW, 6 Dec. /TASS/. Russia does not consider itself the goal of returning to work in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), said the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin at a meeting with Secretary General of the Council of Europe (COE) Thorbjørn Jagland.
