MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. Russia and Japan are the two countries outlined the priority projects, which bring relations to a new level. This was stated on Saturday, the Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the meeting with the Minister of foreign Affairs of Japan Fumio Kishida.
