MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. Russia is ready to send to Geneva experts to discuss proposals from the US in the Aleppo, but such a meeting must lead to agreement of specific steps for the release of the terrorists and the normalization of life in the city. This was stated on Saturday, Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
