The Prosecutor’s office revealed more than 60 violations of state funds in the development of the Kuril Islands
Moscow. 30 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — the Sakhalin region Prosecutor’s office over the past two years has revealed more than 60 violations in the spending of budget funds allocated for implementation of programs for the development of the Kuril Islands, reported on the website of the Supervisory authority.
“Prosecutors in 2014 — 2016 revealed more than 60 violations, and made 17 submissions, the court directed the 3 claims were satisfied; by results of consideration of acts of prosecutorial response 20 persons were brought to disciplinary responsibility, 16 to the administrative fines in the amount of 500 thousand rubles,” — said Wednesday the Agency.
So, the prosecution in the trial achieved a recovery of the contractor 39 million rubles, paid in advance for the construction of apartments in Severo-Kurilsk, which was never built.
In addition, a criminal case on the fact of theft from the budget of 35 million rubles for the installation on the Kuril Islands wind turbines that do not meet the conditions of the state contract.
Under investigation is the mayor of Yuzhno-Kurilsk Vasily Solomko, who is accused of excess of powers of office, causing, according to the investigation, in the framework of the municipal contract on purchase of 104 apartments was wrongly listed more than 136 million rubles.
