Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which military ranks, documents on education and qualification, proof of your military service residing on the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol citizens of the Russian Federation, entered military service under the contract in Armed forces of the Russian Federation are recognized as valid. The relevant document posted on Monday on the official Internet portal of legal information.
