MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of the Russian security Council the situation in Syria, and preparations for the message to the Federal Assembly, as well as some issues of Russian media abroad. This was reported by press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
