OTTAWA, November 25. /Offset. TASS Daniel Studnev/. Canada and Russia can begin to restore the political dialogue with the discussion of issues related to the Arctic. On Thursday the correspondent of TASS said the Ambassador for special assignments of the Russian foreign Ministry and a senior official of the Arctic Council Vladimir Barbin, who took part in the work held in Ottawa conference “Russian-canadian dialogue and cooperation in the Arctic.”
