European Parliament resolution on countering the propaganda of third parties has Russophobic direction and is an example of discrimination of Russian media. This was stated on Thursday, Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich during a speech at the meeting of the permanent Council of the organization.
