KIEV, 22 Nov — RIA Novosti. The head of the security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak did not rule out that the detainees at the border with the Crimea the Russian military in the future can be exchanged for Ukrainian citizens.

The defense Ministry of Russia on Monday reported that employees of SB of Ukraine detained and brought from the Crimea to Ukraine two Russian soldiers against them trying to fabricate a criminal case.
