The Governor of Aleppo made an appeal to residents

The Governor of the Syrian province of Aleppo Hussein Diab addressed to the inhabitants of the Eastern part of the city controlled by the terrorists. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Diab said that the authorities will provide residents with the necessary humanitarian and medical assistance.

He also appealed to the militants and urged them to take effect before the end of January Amnesty.

“Hurry to benefit from this proposal, which demonstrates the concern of the state for all their children. Return to the warm embrace of the Motherland!” said Diab.

The Amnesty was declared on July 28 for three months. October 27, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad extended it another three months.
