In the next few hours in Moscow is expected sharp decrease in temperature. This was reported in the capital GU the Ministry of emergency situations. The Ministry said that the air temperature in Moscow will drop by 4-5 degrees.
“In connection with the displacement of an active cyclone to the North-West in the second half of the day on November 11 with saving for the next day until 22:00 on 12 November in Moscow is expected to decrease the temperatures by 4-5 degrees. The absolute value of the temperature of the air near the ground will be minus 8 or minus 3 degrees,” – said in the message.
The cold can cause the formation of ice on the roads. Emergency officials advise pedestrians to be careful and motorists to abandon the use of private transportation not to exceed the speed limit and not to make dangerous maneuvers.
