“At the end of September we had a very intense cold, on the coast of the Gulf of Ob formed ice, then water broke the ice to pieces. After that, warmed up, started heavy snow, the water began to subside, and breaking wave these pieces of snow and ice rolled in the sand, it turned out the snow balls,” he said.
He noted that his memory nothing like this has ever happened.
