According to the publication, in Madrid, said that the Israeli authorities had no right to give the aircraft because it is produced by the Spanish company Alpha Unmanned Systems SL., so, to transfer to third parties was necessary to obtain the permission of the manufacturer.
The Spanish authorities also noted that such a gift is contrary to the regime of EU sanctions against Russia, and the drone can be regarded as a high-tech product of dual purpose.
